Dental & medical offices

Clear the aerosol between patients — without adding a minute to turnover.

Ultrasonic scalers, high-speed handpieces, and nebulized treatments launch respiratory aerosols straight into the breathing zone. Confidence LED™ fixtures continuously pull operatory air into a sealed UV-C chamber and return it clean, so the room is working on itself between every patient.

The challenge

What makes dental & medical offices different.

Aerosol-generating procedures

A single scaling appointment can keep respirable aerosol suspended for well over an hour. Continuous UV-C shortens that residence time instead of waiting it out.

Turnover time is revenue

Air-clearance wait times between patients cost chair hours. Fixtures run through the appointment, not after it.

Small rooms, no space to spare

Operatories and exam rooms have no room for a floor purifier and no tolerance for fan noise near patients.

Where fixtures go

Room-by-room coverage.

  • Operatories & exam rooms

2'x2' troffers directly over the treatment zone.

  • Waiting rooms

Where sick and well patients share air the longest.

  • Sterilization & lab areas

Quiet, continuous coverage in tight back-of-house rooms.

  • Consult offices

    Close-quarters, unmasked conversations.

Frequently asked

Dental & Medical questions, answered.

Will patients see or feel the UV light?

No. UV-C is fully enclosed inside the fixture chamber. Patients see a normal, dimmable LED ceiling light.

Are the fans loud enough to bother patients?

No. The fixtures use quiet, low-velocity fans designed for clinical rooms — comparable to a modern HVAC diffuser.

Does this replace our air-clearance protocol?

It supplements it. Continuous UV-C reduces the airborne pathogen load throughout the appointment, which is when the aerosol is actually generated.

Can a small practice afford this?

Most practices start with the operatories and waiting room — often a handful of fixtures. Because they replace lighting you already run, the energy-efficient downlight offsets part of the operating cost.
